Salmon heads and residual material
The main product within by-products is salmon heads. These are frozen fresh immediately after production to preserve quality. We also deliver backbones and trimmings for various purposes, which contributes to maximum resource utilization.

Matgard Seafood
Matgard Seafood is located in Apalvågen outside Bergen, and sells fresh and frozen salmon products such as fillet, belly list, backbones, smoking cuts of trout and salmon at home and abroad. We deliver from our own factory H-65 Vågen Seafood and cooperate with factories all over Norway.
